Key Responsibilities Data Analysis and Insights: Summarize and analyze data from multiple health systems to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform Health Services leadership. Data Visualization and Communication: Produce high-quality visuals and reports to effectively communicate study findings and recommendations to business leaders. Statistical Modeling and Analysis: Apply statistical models to analyze data from various sources, including observations, interviews, and surveys. Program Planning and Evaluation: Contribute to planning detailed studies of population health issues, evaluate the effectiveness of health interventions, and monitor program progress through data analysis. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Establish positive relationships with cast members and stakeholders, providing data and consultation to internal and external parties. Innovation and Continuous Improvement: Ensure continuous improvement on all facets of projects through innovation, meeting timelines, and supporting technology and systems for Cast Health Services. Essential Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data sets, identify patterns, and draw meaningful insights. Technical Skills: Experience with systems and tools such as MySQL, MS Office (especially Excel and Access), and analytical/visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, EpiInfo). Foundational Skills in Math and Statistics: Strong understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts, with the ability to apply them to real-world problems. Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Excellent speaking and writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences. Flexibility and Time Management: Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 Years of Applicable Experience: Experience in population and health care analytics, with a proven track record of driving insights and informing strategic decisions.
