Nobody checks every box - we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.About the role:In this role you will report directly to the Sr. Director of Talent and work alongside our Principal Recruiter managing all of our Sales, Pre-Sales and Post Sales hiring. You will be the go-to person for filling the candidate funnel working very closely with our recruiters. It will be your responsibility to manage all incoming applications and referrals, as well as build your own candidate pipeline via outbound sourcing efforts. What you'll bring... Support the recruiting team by consistently generating a healthy pipeline of high quality candidates for sales and marketing rolesPartner with hiring managers and interview teams to understand their hiring needs and goalsCreate and execute unique and effective sourcing strategies and techniques to find top talentEngage, screen and schedule candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process; provide a quality professional recruiting experienceBe the market knowledge expert and provide insights to recruiting and hiring managers at the company What you'll bring...
