As Senior Growth Marketing Manager, Content Affiliates, you will play a critical role in managing and scaling our established content affiliate program across global markets. Your work will be critical to driving growth in our community of guests and hosts, with a particular focus on global expansion and new products and services.The difference you will make:We are seeking a world-class operator to help grow and optimize our Content Affiliate program As part of the Affiliate Marketing team, you will manage and grow relationships with premium partner brands to drive outsized growth for Airbnb. The role requires superb communication skills, combined with a strong analytical background and a passion for executing scalable media strategies. Success in this role means maximizing the value of our digital media investments, but also bringing a builder's mindset to your work, allowing your innovation to drive impact for the global Airbnb brand and communityIn this role, you will be responsible for:

Partner Sourcing:


Identify and evaluate prospective partners based on existing partnership framework worldwide, including leading calls with prospective partners
Maintain database of inbound and outbound leads across all affiliate partnership categories
Liaise with regional and local teams to identify high value leads outside of the US
Maintain the team's program documentation to share with prospective partners
New Partner Onboarding:


Set up new partners within our affiliate management tool (i.e. Impact, Commission Junction)
Ensure compliance and quality of technical partnership setup
Oversee onboarding documentation and meeting sequence with new partners


Partner Management:


Lead monthly calls with key accounts in our affiliate portfolio
Review and document newly published affiliate articles and evaluate for quality; flag articles to team in rare instances where they do not meet our content standards
Ensure that partners are properly using tracking links, and troubleshoot technical issues related to tracking links
Maintain the team's documentation to share with existing partners
Identify proactive editorial opportunities and communicate them to partners based on business news (e.g., Comms releases, product launches, Only On Airbnb promotions, etc.) or consumer insights Respond to partner questions and client service issues
Support quality control and offboarding of existing partners in case of inactivity or missing program fit
Summarize partner and program performance, highlights and improvement opportunities. Share updates with Growth Marketing, Finance and other stakeholders.
Your expertise:We are seeking an exceptionally high performing Affiliate Marketer with the following skills and expertise:

8+ years of experience in Growth Marketing and/or related functions within a consumer-facing, fast-paced ecommerce company, with broad expertise in digital marketing.
A proven track record of scaling and managing an affiliate marketing program, focused on content partners, for one or more large, global consumer brands.
Excellent cross-functional collaborative mindset that allows for deep collaboration with Comms, Brand and other stakeholders who may also work with key accounts.
Deep knowledge and expertise in account management and relationship building
Experience working with teams in different regions and a high-level understanding of regional growth opportunities.
Deep understanding of the technical aspects of growth marketing: marketing tech stack and data pipelines, tracking, testing, analytics, etc. Should be extremely comfortable with Excel (functions, pivots, etc.); proficiency with writing and executing SQL queries is preferred.
Superb verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of comfort interpreting results and communicating insights effectively to stakeholders and senior leadership.
Exceptional project management and organization skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
