Senior Graphic Designer - DTC Job at Jazwares in Plantation
As the Senior Graphic Designer for our Direct to Consumer (DTC) team, you will be responsible for leading the strategic visual direction of marketing campaigns and branded content. You will drive the execution of high-impact designs across all digital touchpoints—including e-commerce, email, and social media—focused on engaging our audience and increasing conversion. This role is key to elevating our brand's digital presence and ensuring all creative assets meet performance goals and campaign timelines.
What You Will Do:
Conceptualize, design, and execute compelling digital assets for DTC campaigns including emails, landing pages, paid social, digital ads, product launches, seasonal promotions, and branded storytelling.
Collaborate with marketing, ecommerce, copywriters, and product teams to develop creative strategies that drive traffic, engagement, and conversion.
Translate consumer insights, trends, and data into visually effective campaigns tailored for the online shopper.
Ensure brand consistency across all DTC channels while evolving the brand look and feel to stay fresh and relevant.
Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously while maintaining high quality and attention to detail.
Stay current on DTC marketing trends, digital best practices, and competitive landscape.

What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor's degree in graphic design, digital media, or other related field preferred, or commensurate mix of experience and education.
5-7 years of experience in a digital design role, preferably within a consumer goods industry.
Strong understanding in DTC and social media platforms - Facebook, Instagram, IG Stories, TikTok, YouTube, etc., including best practices for top-performing content.
Experience working with graphic design specifically tailored for social media and digital platforms such as websites, e-commerce, paid ads, and more.
Experience with photography and videography is a plus.
Experience in a toy organization is a plus.
Experience managing projects.
Excellent in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
Highly creative approach to graphic design, typography, and layout.
Ability to work with style guides for licensed brands but also have the creativity and freedom to explore unique designs and activations for our own brands.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members.
Positive attitude and motivation to deliver the highest quality work.
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills on and off the computer.
Works well independently as well as collaboratively.
Ability to communicate and deal effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels in a professional manner.
Multi-lingual a plus.
