This is a full-time, remote position for a professional who understands performance marketing deeply, can analyze data confidently, and consistently deliver results. This role is not for beginners. We are looking for someone with proven experience managing live ad accounts and budgets. ⸻ Key Responsibilities Paid Advertising Management • Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns: • Search • Display • Performance Max • Plan, launch, and manage Meta Ads campaigns: • Facebook • Instagram • Build full-funnel campaign structures • Perform A/B testing on: • Creatives • Copy • Audiences • Landing page alignment • Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics Performance & Analytics • Monitor and optimize: • CTR • CPC • CPA • ROAS • Conversion rates • Analyze short-term (weekly/monthly) and long-term (quarterly) performance • Use analytics tools including: • Google Ads dashboard • Meta Ads Manager • GA4 • Prepare clear performance summaries and insights Collaboration & Workflow • Work closely with: • SEO specialists • Media/creative team • Account management • Manage tasks and deadlines via ClickUp • Follow structured workflows and reporting systems • Maintain clean documentation and campaign records ⸻ Required Skills & Experience • Proven experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads • Strong understanding of paid media strategy and performance optimization • Experience managing real ad budgets (not demo accounts) • Solid knowledge of analytics and campaign measurement • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines • Comfortable working in US business hours • Strong communication and organizational skills ⸻ Education • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred • Equivalent professional experience accepted ⸻ Work Structure • Full-time • Remote • Monday to Friday • US business hours • Long-term position ⸻ Contract & Commitment • Minimum one-year contract required • Not a freelance or short-term role • Commitment to long-term growth with SILA Creations ⸻ Compensation • Competitive monthly salary • Final compensation based on experience and interview performance • Growth opportunities as the company scales ⸻ Growth Opportunities • Work on diverse, high-growth brands • Opportunity to scale into senior or lead campaign roles • Long-term career growth within SILA Creations Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per month Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
