Apply today to help us achieve our mission.Summary:As the Benefits Program Manager at Delinea, you own the strategy, design, governance, and operational execution of our global benefits programs across 9 legal entities and over 20 PEO-supported countries. This is a high-visibility, high-accountability role that requires systems thinking, vendor management expertise, and a people-first mindset.You are responsible for ensuring Delinea’s benefits offerings are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with our culture, values, and regulatory requirements in every country we operate.What You'll Do:· Lead and continuously evolve our global benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, income protection, time-off, wellness, and retirement plans· Own the full lifecycle of benefits program management across all 9 legal entities and 20+ PEO countries (not just the US)· Act as the primary benefits escalation point for employees and internal partners globally· Partner with our global brokers, PEOs, and vendors to ensure service delivery, compliance, and renewals are timely and aligned with Delinea’s standards· Lead benefits renewals, RFPs, benchmarking, and cost modeling in partnership with Finance and Total Rewards leadership· Work cross-functionally with Payroll, Legal, People Operations, and People Business Partners to ensure local compliance and operational accuracy· Own employee communications and manager enablement for all benefits programs· Provide quarterly reporting and insights to support budgeting, trend analysis, and forecasting· Support annual open enrollment and ensure process excellence in Workday and other systemsWhat You'll Need:· 7+ years of progressive experience in global benefits management (not limited to US)· Strong understanding of global benefits compliance and governance· Experience working with global brokers and PEOs across multiple regions· High attention to detail and data accuracy, with a strategic approach to problem solving· Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders· Experience with Workday, BenAdmin platforms, and Excel modeling preferredDelinea Culture & Benefits:Why work at Delinea?We’re passionate problem-solvers doing our part to make the world a safer place.We invest in people who are smart, self-motivated, and collaborative.What we offer in return is meaningful work, a culture of innovation and great career progression.At Delinea, our core values are STRONG—Spirited – Trust – Respect – Ownership – Nimble – Global – and guide our behaviors and success.
