Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Genesys Cloud CX3 Expert to lead the design, implementation, and integration of our customer experience solutions. This role requires deep technical expertise in Genesys Cloud CX3, API integrations, and AI-driven customer engagement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, intelligent, and seamless contact center solutions. Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end implementation of Genesys Cloud CX3 solutions, including routing, IVR, WEM, and outbound campaigns. • Design and develop custom integrations using Genesys Cloud APIs, webhooks, and third-party platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow). • Implement and optimize AI-powered features such as Predictive Engagement, Predictive Routing, and bots. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Ensure high availability, security, and performance of the Genesys CLoud environment. • Provide technical leadership, documentation, and training to internal teams. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to integrations and platform performance. • **Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.** • **Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client's business needs and requirements.** Benefits: For information and details on employment benefits offered with this position, please visit here.
