Primary Functions and Tasks: As a Senior Consultant for Generative AI you will be an integral part of a collaborative team focused on implementing Generative AI in a corporate context. Your primary task will be the development and implementation of Generative AI solutions, with a particular emphasis on integrating Large Language Models (LLMs). The role encompasses - amongst other - the following work areas: • Designing, developing and deploying client specific Generative AI solutions in the system landscape of client companies. • Translating Generative AI use cases into architectural and technical requirements for development and implementation. • Guiding and empowering junior colleagues in the technical implementation of Generative AI use cases for our clients. • Further developing BearingPoint’s Generative AI service portfolios. • Cross-functional collaboration and execution of agile implementations. We are looking for: • Successful completion of a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, physics, applied (business) mathematics, (business) engineering, or a comparable STEM field. • Several years of experience with (cloud-based) AI solutions and proficient, self-directed programming skills (python) with a strong focus on machine learning, Generative AI, and business intelligence. • Experience in developing and deploying Generative AI solutions in consulting or industry (familiarity with LLM and foundation models, RAG systems, model fine-tuning, deployment etc.). • Familiarity with data science methodologies, statistical modeling, machine learning frameworks (Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras), and familiarity with agile development methodologies. • Excellent English skills combined with strong communication and ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical and management stakeholders. • Enthusiasm, proactivity and a passion for taking initiative in a fast-pace work environment with flat hierarchies. • Willingness to travel within Europe. • German is a plus Offer: Compensation package: • Our compensation package includes a fixed salary with yearly evaluation and performance-related bonus, meal tickets, Easter and Christmas gift vouchers, as well as seniority, referral bonus, and peer-to-peer recognition.
