People are what make games great! Magic Media is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Game Producer with a strong background in sales and client management. As a Senior Game Producer, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing all aspects of the pitching process. You will oversee the internal team of subject matter experts (SMEs), handle estimations, organize the internal process, and ensure the quality of deliverables. Additionally, you will collaborate with the sales team, providing support during client calls and contributing to business development efforts. Responsibilities: Manage the pitching process, working closely with the sales team to understand the agenda and client requirements for each project Oversee and coordinate the internal team of SMEs, ensuring effective collaboration and timely delivery of high-quality work. Conduct estimations and resource planning to allocate the necessary team members and resources for each pitch. Organize and optimize the internal process, ensuring smooth workflows, clear communication, and efficient task management. Analyze and evaluate the pitching process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure the quality of deliverables by providing guidance, feedback, and quality control measures throughout the pitching process. Collaborate with the business development team, providing support and expertise during client calls and presentations. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and feedback. Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform the pitching process and maintain a competitive edge. Continuously improve the pitching process, methodologies, and deliverables based on feedback, market insights, and client interactions. Present pitches to clients in a professional and comprehensive manner, effectively communicating the value proposition of our services and solutions
