Job Description Primary Skills: Recruitment-Expert, Strategy -Advanced, Cloud Security -Advanced, SaaS -Intermediate, Sourcing- Expert Contract Type: W2 Duration: 06 Months Location: Santa Clara, CA Pay Range: $70 - $75 per hour This role may require travel to business meetings and events and requires reliable transportation to do so. If a hire chooses to drive with customers as their passengers or for other business reasons, hires must be in possession and maintain a valid driver's license. Job Summary: This role is a Hybrid position based in Santa Clara, focusing on full-lifecycle recruiting for a leading technology firm. The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders to develop sourcing strategies, ensuring the delivery of top talent and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a strong emphasis on technical positions and cloud security domain knowledge. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with HR and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and develop comprehensive strategies. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing candidates. • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal partners and external relationships. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of top talent and competitive industries. • Measure talent using professional qualitative and quantitative metrics. Must Have Skills: • Proven full-lifecycle recruiting experience. • Strong client management and negotiation skills. • Experience with public cloud technologies and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP). Domain Experience: • Prior experience in the technology and cloud security sector is highly preferred.
