Senior Full Stack Engineer (Next.js / AWS)

Who We're Looking For We’re looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own the user-facing experience and integration layer of a modern AI-powered platform. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building intuitive interfaces while bridging the gap between complex backend systems and seamless user experiences. Primary Responsibilities Build and maintain frontend applications using Next.js Develop and manage the integration layer between frontend and backend services Implement authentication and user management using AWS Cognito Design and enhance chatbot-style user interfaces Collaborate with backend and AI teams to surface agent outputs effectively Ensure performance, scalability, and usability of the application Participate in code reviews, testing, and CI/CD processes Continuously improve overall user experience and system design Some Must-Haves: 5+ years of full stack or frontend-focused engineering experience Strong experience with Next.js / React Experience integrating frontend applications with backend APIs Familiarity with AWS services, especially Cognito Strong understanding of modern web application architecture Experience building responsive, user-focused interfaces Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in a remote team Nice to Have: Experience building chatbot or conversational UI systems Familiarity with AI-driven applications or LLM integrations Experience working in event-driven or microservices architectures Where We're Looking For It: Latin America Open to 100% Fully Remote Other Information The work hours will be approximately 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
