Senior Full Stack Developer/Project Manager

We seek a Senior Lead Full Stack Developer to help oversee and assign three programmers in the development and launch of our new HR Messaging Tool that is used to check-in with employees to ensure there are no workplace problems such as:
• all previous pay was complete and accurate
• meal and rest breaks were taken consistent with law
• no harassment, discrimination, off-the-clock-work, injury
This full compliance messaging system will be attached to time and attendance software so that at some prescribed Client-determined time (i.e. when employees clock-into work or before they clock-out at the end of their pay period) they will be redirected to their attorney-written HR Message which they will Agree to or Disagree, creating a record of ongoing documentation and allowing businesses to stay informed about any problem(s) so that they may remedy them upon discovery.
This HR Messaging system, written in JavaScript, react, and node, is about 80 percent done but we plan to add other software solutions to it such as a scheduling component, onboarding tools, invoicing capability, and our own time and attendance functionality. This start-up we hope to turn into a full HRMS.
We prefer someone who lives in Los Angeles, has an entrepreneurial spirit, is very well-organized, and is a seasoned project Lead.
Initially very part time, perhaps 3 to 10 hours each week, but as the company grows so will this key Lead position.
Opportunity to earn commissions and/or profit sharing on certain clients.
