We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our Global Advertising and Brand Management (GABM) organization. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you'll play a critical role in developing and executing digital experiences that drive business results and create a genuine human connection with our customers. You'll work closely with our OnBrand Production Director and be part of our in-house creative agency, which is on a journey for exciting expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute development for multiple parallel project engagements, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
Write high-quality code for digital platforms using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on accessibility, responsiveness, performance, and ease of use.
Produce, maintain, and modify digital experiences and user interfaces, collaborating with UX/UI, copy, and design teams to develop the overall look and design of digital experiences.
Partner with QA teams to troubleshoot and resolve defects, identify patterns, and use learnings to optimize overall development processes.
Develop an overall development approach and guide other developers through execution to delivery, providing proactive coaching, feedback, and oversight.
Ensure all digital experiences align to industry standards and best practices, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies.
Essential Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
