Position Overview Ajaia is hiring a Senior Full-Stack Designer to own execution across UX/UI, websites, and client-facing design collateral from concept to handoff. This role is for a high-output designer who can move between product interface work, growth surfaces, and brand communication. Every role at Ajaia is AI-forward. We expect candidates to use AI in daily workflows across research, ideation, drafting, design iteration, quality checks, and delivery acceleration. AI usage is a core execution requirement, not optional tooling. Primary Responsibilities Design and ship UX/UI flows, responsive web pages, and conversion-focused visuals. Build polished client-ready materials including presentations, one-pagers, and proposal visuals. Use AI-assisted workflows to speed ideation, variant testing, and iteration. Ensure consistency between product surfaces and brand communication. Collaborate with engineering and growth teams for clean handoff and implementation clarity. Mentor or review junior designers as needed. Job Requirements 1-5 years of professional experience across product design, web design, and visual communication. Portfolio required with examples spanning UI, websites, and client/business assets. Strong Figma proficiency and high attention to visual detail. AI-native work habits across concepting, drafting, and QA. Familiarity with Canva and collaborative design workflows. Preferred: front-end familiarity (HTML/CSS, design-to-dev handoff, or implementation support). Ability to prioritize and execute in fast-moving, cross-functional teams. Schedule and Location Remote role with broader location eligibility based on hiring and compliance requirements. Eastern Time, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, including holidays. Technical Requirements Reliable wired internet connection (100 Mbps minimum). Computer/laptop: Intel Core i5 or Ryzen 5, 8GB RAM minimum, 128GB free storage. Dual-screen setup preferred. Windows 10 or macOS (latest). 1080p webcam and microphone. Backup systems for power and internet outages. Compensation and Benefits Compensation Base salary (yearly): USD 7,000-10,000 (PHP 409,500-585,000 / PKR 1,960,000-2,800,000) Performance bonus (yearly): USD 0-4,000 (PHP 0-234,000 / PKR 0-1,120,000) Total cash compensation (yearly): USD 7,000-14,000 (PHP 409,500-819,000 / PKR 1,960,000-3,920,000) Salary and total compensation depend on experience, portfolio strength, and demonstrated performance.
