About the Role As a Senior Program Manager at blithequark, you will serve as a strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies. Your primary objective will be to help clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using blithequark's platform. You will manage stakeholder relationships, conduct meetings, and collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks. Identifying opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team will also be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities Serve as the strategic customer success manager for assigned enterprise healthcare clients, including pharmaceutical and insurance companies Help clients evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to drive business improvement using blithequark's platform Manage stakeholder relationships and conduct meetings to ensure clients achieve meaningful outcomes Collaborate with other teams to enhance the customer experience and mitigate risks Identify opportunities for upsells and expansion in collaboration with the Revenue Team Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth Provide feedback and insights to internal stakeholders to inform product development and improvement Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong educational foundation, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare, Informatics, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in a B2B client-facing role, such as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager, is also required. You should have strong interpersonal skills across all levels of an organization, proven experience leading large, cross-functional projects, and experience with web applications and adaptability to new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
