Job Summary As a Senior Full Stack Application Support Executive, you will be responsible for providing support for our BackOffice applications, including SAP, Concur, and other critical systems. You will work closely with our IT team to ensure the smooth operation of our systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to improve system performance. This is a fully remote opportunity, and we are looking for someone who is self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently. Key Responsibilities Provide support for BackOffice applications, including SAP, Concur, and other critical systems Troubleshoot issues and implement solutions to improve system performance Work closely with IT team to ensure smooth operation of systems Develop and implement proactive maintenance plans to prevent system downtime Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues Manage and maintain data master catalogs within SAP, Concur, and Ariba Develop and implement automation scripts using RPA tools Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders Manage contracts with service providers and ensure SLA compliance Measure and report on team performance and system metrics Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field 3-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in a BackOffice environment Strong technical skills in SAP, Concur, and Ariba Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Information Technology, Digital Transformation, or Cloud Computing More than 5 years of experience in application development and support Experience with RPA tools, API development, and microservices architecture Knowledge of SQL, ABAP, Java, and Mulesoft Experience with DataLake and Data Factoring Skills and Competencies Strong technical skills in SAP, Concur, and Ariba Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizational and time management skills Adaptability and willingness to learn new technologies and processes Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Coca Cola, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
