As a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Recruiter, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for technical and manufacturing positions within the Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business area. This is a fully remote opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere, with occasional travel to attend job fairs and other events. Job Summary In this role, you will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from sourcing and recruiting to screening and hiring. You will work closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and other stakeholders to understand business needs and develop strategic hiring plans. Your expertise in utilizing sourcing and recruiting strategies, tools, and technologies will be essential in delivering top-level service to clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruiting process for technical, engineering, manufacturing, and services contracts, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. Develop and execute hiring strategies for client groups across MFC, in collaboration with TA Managers, HR Business Partners, and Recruiters. Build strong client and candidate relationships, sourcing for technical and non-technical candidates, and developing talent pipelines. Negotiate offers, make compensation recommendations, and work on strategic hiring initiatives within MFC talent acquisition. Utilize tools and technology to develop a strong pipeline of qualified, diverse candidates, using creative techniques, social media, databases, and other channels. Conduct prescreens to recruit prospective candidates and refer job applicants to specific job openings, adhering to compliance requirements. Partner effectively with HR teammates on compensation, compliance, onboarding, and other hiring processes. Develop and deliver trainings and presentations to the business, as required. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: Previous corporate or agency full-cycle recruiting experience, with a minimum of 4 years of experience using complex CRM and ATS systems. Experience in recruiting methods, such as attracting passive and active candidates for technical and manufacturing skill sets. Strong computer software skills, including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Understanding of OFCCP and EEO employment law and application to the hiring process. Demonstrated experience recruiting in a high-volume environment. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience in recruiting and sourcing for engineering and technical positions. Experience sourcing candidates for positions requiring security clearances. Ability to source, identify, and build new talent pipelines. Experience in diversity and veteran recruiting programs. Strong customer focus and hiring manager collaboration experience. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships, collaborate with others, engage in constructive conflict, and manage interpersonal dynamics. Prior experience in the Aerospace & Defense industry. AIRS or HCI certifications.
