The ideal candidate will be passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and architecting scalable, secure, and performant front-end solutions. As a Software Engineer III, you’ll play a key role in shaping our consumer-facing applications, especially in the direct-to-consumer insurance domains. You’ll collaborate across teams to design and implement front-end architecture and UI that meets business needs while adhering to best practices in security and performance.If you are fully fluent in English, proactive, communicate well, like to solve problems, and have strong attention to detail, this role might be a great fit for you! Here are some of the exciting day-to-day challenges you will face in this role: Architect and develop scalable front-end applications usingReactandTypeScript.Evaluate and present multiple architectural solutions for front-end challenges, balancing performance, security, and maintainability.Champion front-end operational excellence, including observability, performance tuning, and incident response.Foster a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with back-end services and third-party platforms.Implement secure development practices, especially when handlingPII or PCI data.Promote CI/CD best practices and contribute to automated testing strategies. You will shine if you have: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong focus onReactandTypeScript.Proven experience architecting front-end systems in production environments.Deep understanding of secure software design and knowledge of data privacy regulations (e.g., HIPAA, PII).Experience withAWSand cloud-native architectures.Experience with consumer-facing or CMS applications.Strong communication skills and ability to lead technical discussions.Embrace curiosity and a learning mindset.
