Senior Frontend Engineer – FinTech (Remote) Location: 100% Remote (U.S. and international candidates welcome; preference for USC/GC) Compensation: $45–$65/hr Employment Type: Full-Time, Contract-to-Hire Start Date: ASAP Why This Role? We’re looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer passionate about building beautiful, accessible, and responsive digital experiences. You’ll work across React-based web apps and React Native mobile apps, shaping the way customers interact with financial technology. This is an opportunity to set design standards, ship impactful features, and push the boundaries of user experience in FinTech. Key Responsibilities • Develop dynamic React web applications and React Native mobile apps • Build and maintain reusable design pattern libraries • Partner with backend teams to define and refine API contracts • Collaborate with Product & Design to deliver new features and UX improvements • Lead projects end-to-end, from concept to deployment • Incorporate AI-assisted tools (LLMs, coding agents, etc.) into workflows Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related field) • 6+ years of frontend development experience • Proficiency in React, React Native, JavaScript, HTML/CSS • Strong grasp of responsive design and mobile app principles • Experience shipping features within complex, large-scale codebases • Ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences • Exposure to backend systems, APIs, and performance monitoring Bonus Points: Experience in FinTech, payments, or compliance-driven industries Job Type: Full-time Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour Experience: • FinTech: 2 years (Required) • Front-end development: 6 years (Required) • React: 3 years (Required) • JavaScript: 4 years (Required) • HTML: 3 years (Required) • Mobile applications: 2 years (Required) • APIs: 1 year (Required) Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job
