Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership: Demonstrate up-to-date expertise in front-end software engineering and apply this knowledge to develop, execute, and improve action plans. Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues, aligning efforts to meet customer and business needs. Software Design and Architecture: Create comprehensive software design and architecture for next-generation software solutions. Communicate your ideas effectively with the team and evaluate multiple solutions to drive innovation. Collaboration and Communication: Analyze competing requirements, articulate trade-offs, and lead discussions with business and development teams. Facilitate whiteboard sessions with the team to ensure seamless collaboration. Project Execution: Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs. Develop and communicate business plans and priorities, removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance. Mentorship and Training: Create training documentation and oversee the tasks of less experienced programmers. Provide system troubleshooting support to ensure smooth project delivery. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Experience with computing platforms such as GCP or Azure. Proficiency in building and deploying APIs and applications using technologies like React.js, Redux Saga, Kubernetes, Docker, GraphQL, and Cypress Automation. Knowledge of cloud computing (GCP/Azure), Spring Boot, J2EE, REST, Swagger, and CI/CD pipelines. Ability to break down product goals into development deliverables and approach risks with mitigation strategies. Experience with containerization technologies and a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms. Either a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 3 years of experience, or 5 years of experience in software engineering or a related area. Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: A Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field with 1 year of experience. Knowledge of Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and digital accessibility best practices. Experience in creating inclusive digital experiences and a passion for driving accessibility initiatives. The annual salary range for this position is $117,000.00-$234,000.00 in Sunnyvale, CA, and $90,000.00-$180,000.00 in Bentonville, AR.
