You’ll implement a custom theme, reusable sections/components, and responsive layouts with accessibility and performance best practices. ResponsibilitiesModel content with ACF Pro (repeaters, options pages, field validation) and wire to theme views.Build responsive sections (Hero, card grids, accordions, tabs, sliders, forms) with keyboard/focus support.Translate annotated Figma into production-ready HTML/CSS/JS Enforce accessibility (WCAG 2.0 AA best-effort) Semantic structure, focus order, ARIA where appropriate, reduced-motion fallbacks.Integrate Gravity Forms (Validation, Basic Styling) and ensure GTM/GA4 events fire correctly.Collaborate with QA on cross-browser/device compliance; fix defects and regressions quickly.Contribute to a lightweight design system: tokens, spacing/typography scale, utilities, and documentation.Participate in code reviews, follow branching and CI conventions, and keep work visible in tickets.Qualifications and Job Requirements5+ years building custom WordPress themesExpert in semantic HTML, modern CSS (Grid/Flex, custom properties), and vanilla JS/TypeScript.Strong ACF Pro experience (repeaters, options pages, data modeling).Proven accessibility chops (focus management, ARIA patterns for accordions/tabs/menus).Responsive and cross-browser development (desktop + iOS/Android modern devices).Performance hygiene: images/srcset, lazy, avoiding layout shift, practical Lighthouse fixes.Git + CI familiarity; comfortable with PR reviews and pipelines.Comfort integrating GA4 via GTM and basic consent flows.What We Offer100% Remote Work: Enjoy the freedom to work from the location that helps you thrive.
