Our team of experts is dedicated to delivering exceptional results and making a positive impact on our clients' lives. **Job Summary** As a Senior Framework Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, building, and maintaining the technology infrastructure that supports our various portfolios. You will be responsible for leading or participating in high-level technical discussions, developing complex infrastructure frameworks, and driving solutions to reduce recovery time. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the reliability and availability of our systems, as well as maintaining the highest level of security and compliance. **Key Responsibilities** * Lead or participate in high-level technical discussions, covering topics such as innovation and business * Develop specifications for complex infrastructure frameworks, plan, and test solutions * Contribute to the testing of business, application, and technical system requirements * Drive solutions to reduce recovery time * Audit and analyze solutions for cloud security, secrets management, and key turns * Configure, code, test, troubleshoot, and report programs using Agile development practices * Plan complex system upgrades * Resolve complex patterns as they arise * Develop a long-term plan to prevent issues and ensure they don't recur * Direct the daily risk and control stream of tasks, focusing on approaches, techniques, and work guidelines to ensure a positive outcome * Collaborate and communicate with colleagues, partners, and administrators to resolve issues and achieve objectives **Required Capabilities** * 4+ years of experience in Infrastructure Designing and Solutions, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education * 4+ years of experience in data center operations **Desirable Capabilities** * Experience supporting technology at an enterprise level * Familiarity with server, storage, compute, and network equipment * Familiarity with Layer 1 Network Design * Broad knowledge of data center operations (space, power, cooling, and network) * In-depth knowledge and understanding of IPv4 and IPv6 subnetting and VLAN advancements to perform FQDN generation and tasks * Ability to communicate effectively at different levels of the business and technical organizations, including management * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * High attention to detail and strong organizational skills * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills **Work Assumptions** * Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed * Adaptability to work in a 24/7 environment * Ability to lift 50+ pounds **What We Offer** * Competitive salary range of $70-$80 per year * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off and holidays * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Opportunities to work on high-profile projects and contribute to the company's success **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and experienced professional looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
