Senior Financial Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

Responsibilities
• Assist with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting cycles
• Build and maintain dynamic financial models to support scenario planning
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact financial performance
• Partner with business leaders to develop quarterly internal business reports
• Conduct financial analyses on revenues, margins and operational KPIs
• Evaluate business cases and strategic initiatives
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to optimize financial outcomes
• Participate in and assist with billing and collections.
• Monitor cash flow drivers, working capital trends, and operational efficiency
• Support pricing analysis, market assessments, and competitive benchmarking
• Strengthen financial systems, tools, and data integrity

Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years finance experience
• CURRENTLY resides in Pennsylvania
• Personable, self-starter, and attention to detail
• Excellent Excel skills
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.
