Translate complex payment solutions into simple, engaging visuals to secure leadership alignment on strategic initiatives.Minimum 8 years of experience in Strategy, Commercial Partnerships, or Business Development, ideally within FinTech or adjacent technology sectors.Proven track record working across pay-in and pay-out flows for large merchants—critical for success in this position.Strong focus on shaping and executing the US payments strategy and go-to-market (GTM) efforts.Experience in distribution and loyalty programs is highly valuable, as it is a key component of the role.Ability to take a hands-on approach to enhance and execute FinTech commercial initiatives.Background in corporate business development/strategy and/or experience at a top consulting firm preferred.Highly motivated to drive growth, create impact, and commit long-term.Experience at startup-like FinTech companies s a strong plus.Fully remote roleCompensation: up to $140–$143 per hour.An Enterprise client is looking for a Senior FinTech Commercial Lead to drive their US market expansion.
