Job Overview
The Senior Financial Information Data Analyst is responsible for identifying and evaluating key data elements in clinical and financial databases, generating reports, and performing analyses to support operational and financial decision-making. As a subject matter expert, you will partner with client groups to evaluate needs, identify data sources, and provide recommendations to drive business outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:

Cost accounting using the STRATA decision support system
Generating financial reports and ensuring data accuracy and timeliness
Performing analyses and identifying variances to inform business decisions
Collaborating with stakeholders to resolve issues and drive process improvements
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Responsibilities
As a Senior Financial Information Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
At least three years of experience in budget or cost accounting and analysis, with healthcare experience preferred
Strong knowledge of financial and non-financial systems, data analysis, and reporting
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a virtual setting
Demonstrated attention to detail, analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
