We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Parks, Experiences, and Products Finance team at our Florida location. Position Overview

You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, trends, and financial data to provide strategic recommendations that directly impact visitor satisfaction and stakeholder value.

Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Financial Analyst in our Florida Finance organization, you will become an integral part of a dynamic team that supports multiple business units, including:


Theme Park Attractions – Analyzing attendance patterns, revenue drivers, and operational efficiency for rides and entertainment offerings
Hotel Operations – Supporting financial planning for resort properties and vacation club divisions
Live Entertainment – Evaluating the financial performance of shows, parades, and special events
Food and Beverage – Assessing profitability and guest spending trends across dining locations
Imagineering and Innovation – Contributing to business cases for new attractions and technological advancements
Gift Cards and Digital Products – Analyzing consumer behavior and revenue trends
Marketing and Sales – Supporting campaign ROI analysis and customer acquisition strategies
Maintenance and Operations – Evaluating cost efficiency and asset management
Cruise Line Operations – Contributing to financial planning for maritime experiences
Consumer Products, Licensing, and Publishing – Analyzing merchandise performance and licensing revenue


Daily Activities and Duties

Every day in this role presents new challenges and opportunities. Your typical responsibilities will include:


Collaborating with business partners across various departments to assess financial results and identify improvement opportunities
Supporting annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning processes
Conducting ad-hoc analyses to address specific business questions and provide actionable recommendations
Creating detailed financial models and presentations for senior leadership, including Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents
Developing compelling narratives that translate complex financial data into clear, understandable insights for stakeholders at all levels
Building business cases for new initiatives, such as new attractions, hotel expansions, cruise itineraries, entertainment productions, and retail concepts
Providing financial guidance for special events and seasonal programming
Identifying trends and anomalies in data to proactively address opportunities or risks
Participating in cross-functional projects that enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:


Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in statistical, financial, or strategic analysis. This background should demonstrate your ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in forecasting and financial modeling, including the ability to gather, organize, and analyze large datasets. You should be comfortable working with complex financial models and understanding their implications.
Communication Abilities: Exceptional storytelling skills that allow you to present complex analysis in a clear, engaging, and actionable manner. You must be able to influence and persuade stakeholders across all organizational levels.
Attention to Detail: Strong analytical accuracy and meticulousness, combined with the ability to think strategically and see the big picture.
Problem-Solving Mindset: Natural curiosity and a passion for tackling challenges. You should enjoy digging into problems and finding innovative solutions.

Education Requirements

Required: A bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field.

Preferred: A master's degree in a quantitative discipline, an MBA, or a CPA certification would be advantageous but are not required for consideration.
