Senior Financial Analyst, Operations Full-time | Remote | NYC At Red Antler, we’re building the brands that shape tomorrow. We’re searching for a Senior Financial Analyst to be the connective tissue between numbers and big-picture vision: someone who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment, and who can turn financial data into powerful, actionable insights for our business and our clients. What You’ll Do • Build and maintain financial models to evaluate agency performance and profitability, helping leadership make sharp, strategic decisions. • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting with meaningful insights on revenue performance, margin trends, and the story behind the numbers. • Monitor key metrics such as client profitability, agency utilization, and new business conversion rate; develop and maintain dashboards to keep the team focused on what matters most. • Support the monthly financial close process and deliver variance analysis against forecast and budget, identifying not just what happened but why. • Assist in annual budgeting and ongoing financial planning for internal budgets, keeping teams empowered with clarity and context. • Drive process improvements—leveraging tools, automation, and AI to streamline reporting and boost visibility across the organization. • Collaborate across teams to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable recommendations that drive agency growth. What You’ll Bring • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. • 4–6+ years of experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance, ideally within a creative agency or fast-moving, client-service-driven environment. • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with NetSuite is a plus. • Comfort (and curiosity) working with artificial intelligence to modernize financial processes. • Proven ability to make data feel accessible, persuasive, and actionable—whether for finance or non-finance audiences. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; you’re just as comfortable with creatives as you are with spreadsheets. • Hunger for process improvement; you’re always searching for better ways to solve, automate, and innovate.
