Job Summary:
The Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will work to deliver the key objectives of the function/area of business. This role will be responsible for financial planning & analysis, budgeting and forecasting. The role will provide timely, insightful, user-friendly analytics that enable sound business decision-making; the individual in the role will be expected to be involved in the decision-making process, not just providing data.
Key Responsibilities:
Essential Responsibilities include the following:
Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and provide variance analysis
Provide both analytical support and proactive recommendations to the senior finance and business leaders as needed based upon business results.
Support business departments with timely reports, value-added analysis, and identify potential performance gaps, recommend modifications to documents, tools, systems and/or processes
Continuously review and improve all owned processes so that the finance department is more effective and efficient.
Follow department standards and metrics to drive performance to a high level of excellence
Maintain open communication with management to help document accomplishments and understand how performance expectations, conduct and organizational missions are linked
Develop long-lasting, trusted advisor relationships with internal and external Pillar and finance team customers
Develop KPI dashboards and executive-level presentations
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Economics
A minimum of 4-6 years in an analytical role
Strong quantitative and statistical analysis background of key metric data and financial performance indicators in a large, multi-business unit corporation
Corporate FP&A experiences are preferred
Excellent spreadsheet skills including pivot tables, sensitivity analysis, look-up functions, complicated formulas, importing/exporting data and creating and editing macros
General PC and MS Office applications
Power BI skills are preferred
Prior experience with Planful planning software and e-Shipping software a plus, not required.

Compensation Range
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,400,000 to $83,200 annually. This represents the good-faith estimate of the compensation range at the time of posting.
Actual pay will be based on job-related factors, which may include:

Education and qualifications
Job-related skills
Internal equity considerations
Applicable minimum wage laws
This position may also be eligible for a bonus and/or commission plan, subject to the terms of the applicable plan.
