Candidate should have professional experience but also be well-versed in working with clientele Ā regardless of industry.
About the position:
Ā Commission Only - no fixed salary
Ā Interface directly with clientele to provide financial education
Ā Identify & prioritize key opportunities for growth
Ā Develop long-lasting business relationships with clients
Ā Attend weekly trainings on Zoom
Ā Train and lead a team of financial professionals
Ā Learn & implement training systems
Ā Proficiency in Microsoft Office to keep records and provide illustrations for financial analysis
Qualifications:
Ā Valid Social Security Number -- either with a Green Card or as a US Citizen
Ā 3+ Years Experience on Microsoft Office
Ā 3+ Years Experience of Customer Interaction
Ā Great Communication skills
Ā Desire to work in a team environment
Ā Keen attention to detail
Ā Strong documentational skills
Ā Self-Starter a Must -- all training provided in-house
Big Plus:
Ā Great Organizational skills
Ā Great Management skills
Ā Good Analytical and Problem-Solving skills
Ā Ability to work across various lines of business
