Job Summary

As a Senior Finance Analyst in our FP&A team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining financial planning models, preparing executive summaries and presentations, and providing commercial insights to drive business decisions. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and analysis, and will play a key role in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:


Develop and maintain financial planning models for all planning cycles, including Near, Annual Operating Plan, Forecast, and 5-Year Plan, ensuring consolidation and roll-up, and preparing deliverables.
Prepare executive summaries and presentations highlighting key variances, risks, and opportunities.
Accountable for special and relevant variance analysis across all business channels, including quarterly deliverables to DTC Retail and EMEA The Walt Disney Organization.
Plan and manage cost base, working closely with budget holders to identify cost efficiencies and optimize working capital.
Support Finance Supervisor and Senior Finance Manager in turning in CARs (Capital Authorization Requests).
Guide transition and implementation of new planning and reporting structures.
Control of the Crew Intern, ensuring their development and fulfillment of goals.

Experience and Expert Qualifications Required:

To be successful in this role, you will need:


A diploma-level education in a related subject or equivalent work experience and accountancy qualification.
Tested experience of building effective relationships and dealing with stakeholders within a large, multi-countrywide, matrix organization.
Experience of operating in the retail/licensing FMCG area, ideally in an international environment.
Enjoyment of supporting industrial control to a high standard and working with the local finance and industrial head office.
Demonstrable track record of imparting commercial aid to a business partner that's insightful, well-timed, and responsive.


Skills Required:

Strong commercial acumen, with prior experience of a similar commercial and/or FP&A function.
Notable communication competencies, both verbal and written.
Potential to supply clear and insightful presentations that provide key messaging at the correct stage of detail.
Numerate and analytical with a desire to think through and solve issues.
Outcomes-centered and results-driven.
