Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct support to C-level executives, managing their calendars, appointments, and correspondence
Coordinate executive-level meetings, conferences, and conference calls, ensuring timely and effective communication
Prepare and review materials, presentations, and documents for meetings and events
Arrange travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, and reconcile expense reports
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management and administrative staff
Train, coach, and guide other administrative staff as required, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration
Drive compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to company policies and procedures
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in office administration, preferably in a large and complex financial services organization
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion
