Our company culture values innovation, collaboration, and employee growth, and we are always looking for talented individuals to join our team. **Job Responsibilities** As a Senior Examination Designer, you will be responsible for the following key responsibilities: * Supervises the conveyance of arenaflex Wellbeing information and insights drives and projects. * Upholds long-term and impromptu information ETL and data warehousing exercises to meet arenaflex Wellbeing reporting and investigation expectations. * Plans, creates, and conveys layered data bases and data pipelines to help reporting and investigation projects. * Makes data arranging and pre-handling norms for populating consistent and accurate data models attached to report explicit working tables for both project business knowledge and pre-characterized reporting arrangements. * Applies data extraction, transformation, and loading best practices to coordinate huge data sets from different inner arenaflex creation framework sources and external records. * Perform data profiling and data investigation across interior creation frameworks, physically kept up with data, and standard medical care data collections. (e.g., part qualification, clinical cases, pharmacy claims, HEDIS ECDS records) * Creating inner tools for automation of all development related exercises (data handling, QA, data approval, etc.) **Essential Capabilities** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential capabilities: * Verifiable, hands-on experience writing and tuning SQL-based ETL/ELT scripts * Experience designing and conveying sensibly isolated data conditions using ETL/ELT services that include but are not limited to Snowflake, Databricks, or Sky blue Information Plant * Experience providing idea administration and presenting device rationalist semantic data layer upgrades connected with BI innovation stage like PowerBI, Scene, or Looker * Solid verbal and written communication skills with technical groups, internal partners, clients, and vendor partners * At least 2 years of experience contributing to financial decisions in the workplace * No less than 2 years of direct leadership, indirect leadership, and/or cross-functional team management * Able to travel up to/no less than 5% of the time for business purposes (within state and out of state) **Preferred Capabilities** While not required, the following preferred capabilities would be beneficial for this role: * Knowledge of pharmacy, healthcare, and clinical research ideas **Benefits and Perks** As a Senior Examination Designer at arenaflex, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes: * Health and Wellness: Extensive health insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
