As a Team Lead, you’ll oversee five Event Coordinators and manage high-level client engagement initiatives, including CTO dinners and marketing events. You’ll work closely with senior leadership to align on event strategy and help enhance workflows and tools to improve team efficiency and event execution quality. You’ll use your organizational and communication skills, as well as strong attention to detail, to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and quality in all aspects of event preparation and execution.Lead and manage logistics for 4–5 monthly CTO-level dinners and marketing eventsManage daily operations for a global team of Event Coordinators across time zones and varied schedulesHelp build structured internal processes and platforms to improve efficiency and track team performanceSupport the planning and delivery of webinars and virtual eventsCommunicate with internal teams and executive stakeholders, handling urgent requests and shifting prioritiesWork flexible hours to support evening or weekend events and high-priority CTO dinners What's working at Dev.Pro like?
