The Senior Estimator (Remote) will play a critical role in preparing accurate bids, reading blueprints, producing takeoffs, and supporting project managers with change orders. This position requires strong technical skills in estimating software, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with our sales and project teams to secure and deliver successful projects. Learn more about us at www.gosnellservices.com. Key Responsibilities Produce accurate takeoffs and bids using Planswift and related tools. Upload bids and takeoffs into the company drive, ensuring proper file organization. Submit completed bids to customers in a timely and professional manner. Read and interpret blueprints to support estimating accuracy. Update the active bid sheet as bid invites are received, submitted, or pending. Assist Project Managers and Construction Managers with change orders over $2,500. Provide support in estimating for prevailing wage projects and competitive proposals. Collaborate with project teams to ensure scope, schedule, and budget alignment. Qualifications Required: 5 years of estimating experience preferred (construction, concrete,excavation) Proficiency in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and Planswift. Strong blueprint reading and takeoff skills. Preferred: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Reliable, punctual, and committed to meeting deadlines. Goal-oriented mindset with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
