Your Opportunity at arenaflex
We are seeking a high‑energy, results‑driven Sales Executive to join our fast‑moving sales organization on the West Coast (or any U.S. location with convenient airport access). In this role, you will be the champion of arenaflex’s market‑leading Agentic Process Automation platform, specifically targeting technology‑focused enterprises looking to modernize their Customer Support operations. You will drive the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, proof‑of‑concept execution, and contract closure—focused on large‑scale, enterprise‑level deals that enhance renewal, upsell, and cross‑sell opportunities for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

New‑Business Ownership: Identify, qualify, and close high‑value opportunities across the U.S. enterprise market, managing a robust pipeline that consistently exceeds quarterly and annual quota.
Strategic Customer Engagement: Conduct on‑site and virtual meetings, deliver compelling product demos, and articulate the strategic value of arenaflex’s Customer Support solution to C‑level and technical stakeholders.
Event‑Driven Lead Generation: Represent arenaflex at industry tradeshows, conferences, and partner events to capture qualified leads and strengthen brand presence.
Technical Collaboration: Partner with Sales Engineers to deliver standard and customized demonstrations, address technical questions, and align solution architecture with prospect needs.
Proof‑of‑Concept Management: Lead POC initiatives, coordinating resources to showcase real‑world automation outcomes that prove ROI and accelerate decision‑making.
RFX Leadership: Own the response to RFPs/RFIs, orchestrating cross‑functional teams (product, services, legal) to produce persuasive, compliant proposals.
Solution Design Coordination: Work closely with implementation, support, and engineering teams to ensure seamless design, integration, and deployment of the solution.
Channel Partner Enablement: Cultivate relationships with system integrators, consulting firms, and “Big 4” advisory partners to expand reach and co‑sell opportunities.


Essential Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field is a strong plus.
Experience: Minimum 8 + years of full‑cycle enterprise software sales, with a proven record of exceeding annual quotas and generating new business.
Domain Expertise: Demonstrated success selling Customer Support platforms (e.g., Zendesk, ServiceNow, Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira, Oracle Service) and familiarity with AI‑enabled automation technologies.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel 25 %–50 % of the time for client meetings, events, and regional engagements.


Preferred Qualifications & Competencies

Deep understanding of enterprise software architecture, APIs, and integration patterns.
Strong knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) concepts and how automation drives process efficiency.
Mastery of consultative selling methodologies—including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, trial closing, objection handling, and deal closure.
High emotional intelligence and the ability to thrive in a fast‑changing, entrepreneurial environment.
Technical acuity that enables clear communication with both engineers and business leaders.
Experience collaborating with channel partners, system integrators, and consulting firms to joint‑sell complex solutions.
Proficiency with CRM tools, particularly Salesforce, for pipeline management and forecasting.

Base Salary & On‑Target Earnings: $270,000 – $300,000 annually, varying by location, with uncapped commission potential tied to quota attainment.
