Senior Enterprise Architect(ML/AI) (remote virtual)
About the position
As a Senior Enterprise Architect with a focus on Data, AI, and ML at Humana, you will play a pivotal role in aligning business strategy with technology strategy to enhance customer experiences. Your primary responsibility will be to optimize the use of data assets and AI/ML capabilities to achieve critical business outcomes. You will be instrumental in translating business needs into technical systems solutions and architectural roadmaps, addressing moderately complex to complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors. In this role, you will integrate hardware, software, and network interfaces to form cohesive systems, recommending products that evolve the organization's technical infrastructure. You will provide leadership in developing the technical and architectural staff within the organization, influencing departmental strategy and making decisions on complex issues regarding technical approaches for project components. Your work will be performed with considerable latitude, allowing you to determine objectives and approaches to assignments. You will define strategies for modernizing the Enterprise Data Fabric, ensuring data availability for various use cases, including real-time APIs, machine learning, reporting, analytics, and operational processes. Additionally, you will lead efforts to identify and evaluate emerging technologies, providing guidance to the solution and data engineering teams on adopting these technologies. Your thought leadership will extend to defining strategic architecture blueprints and identifying industry trends in data and analytics, ensuring alignment with Humana's overarching vision. Collaboration will be key as you work across organizational boundaries to create future state roadmaps and align IT architecture with the company's business strategy. You will facilitate Architecture Collaboratives, working with various architect roles to develop scalable and adaptable enterprise solutions while managing risks associated with information and IT assets through appropriate standards and security policies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
