We're seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our team and help us develop the next installment of our hit life sim game, Cozy Woods! Responsibilities:


Develop high-quality games using Unity and C#
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement game features
Optimize game performance and reliability
Support live game titles and ensure smooth operation
Lead and mentor junior engineers to help them grow in their careers


Requirements:


4+ years of professional game development experience
Experience shipping at least one commercial game using Unity
Advanced programming skills in C#
Experience with iOS and Android mobile development
Strong communication and leadership skills


Nice to Have:


Backend development experience (e.g., multiplayer/server)
Hobbies and interests outside of game development
Experience shipping multiple games in your career
