How will you make an impact in this role?

The @Work suite of products helps our clients and servicing group manage Corporate Card programs more efficiently online. From performing everyday administrative tasks and account maintenance, to accessing reports and utilizing reconciliation solutions, @Work enables fast, efficient and effective program management resulting in time and cost savings for our clients.

In this role, you will oversee all technical aspects of our autherization layer that powers not only the global @Work application but also over 70+ mission critical servicing applications. The successful candidate will focus on implementing our Point of Arrival (POA) autherization layer and delivery of features and enhancements for the entire global registration portfolio.

Minimum Qualifications
• 6+ years of software development experience in a professional environment and/or comparable experience such as:
• Wide breath of engineering experience.
• Proven experience leading teams of engineers.
• Hands-on expertise with application design, software development, and automated testing.
• Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms, and relational databases.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer science engineering, or related experience required; advanced degree preferred.
• Deep understanding of autherizations domain and industry standards (e.g., OAuth2, OpenID Connect, SAML).
• React: 3+ years.
• Java: 3+ years.
• RDBMs: 2+ years.
• Fullstack with emphasis on frontend.

Preferred Qualifications
• Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams, including setting technical direction and driving execution across multiple initiatives.
• Expertise in designing and developing distributed systems with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
• Experience in implementing authentication and autherization flows within enterprise-scale applications.
• Familiarity with modern DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with experience engaging cross-functional teams including product, design, and infosec.

Salary Range: $110,000.00 to $190,000.00 annually + bonus + benefits
