What You'll Do • Lead Clinical Workflows: Design and optimize clinical documentation and CPOE workflows within our [EHR System, e.g., Epic, Cerner, or Meditech] environment. • System Integration: Manage complex data migrations and HL7/FHIR interoperability projects across multi-facility health systems. • Strategic Optimization: Translate clinical requirements into technical specifications to improve provider satisfaction and patient safety. • Crisis Management: Act as the primary escalation point for system-wide performance issues, leveraging your deep background in enterprise-scale health informatics. What We're Looking For • The "Cerner Heritage": Direct experience with Cerner Millennium, RevWorks, or HealtheIntent.
