We’re hiring a senior-level Discovery QA Paralegal to own final review, quality control, and drafting before discovery responses are delivered to clients. This role is ideal for an experienced PI or Mass Tort paralegal who has handled discovery end to end and understands what “client-ready” work product looks like.Key Responsibilities • Final QA review and drafting of discovery responses, including interrogatories, requests for production, and requests for admission • Review discovery for Personal Injury and Mass Tort litigation • Ensure compliance with state and federal discovery rules • Identify and correct drafting errors, missing responses, privilege issues, and inconsistencies • Apply best practices for discovery objections, responses, and supplementation • Improve and refine AI-generated discovery drafts • Manage multiple discovery matters and deadlines simultaneously • Collaborate with QA, Operations, and Legal teams to maintain quality standards Required Experience & Skills • 5+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience with a focus on civil litigation discovery • Extensive experience drafting and reviewing PI and Mass Tort discovery responses • Strong understanding of the full discovery lifecycle • Experience with litigation support, document review, and case file analysis • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control skills • Strong written legal communication and editing skills • Ability to work independently in a remote paralegal role • Fluent in Spanish Preferred Keywords / Nice to Have • Senior Paralegal • Discovery Paralegal • Litigation Paralegal • QA Paralegal / Quality Assurance • Lead Paralegal • Mass Tort Litigation • Personal Injury Litigation • AI-assisted legal drafting • Legal Technology / Legal Tech • Paralegal CertificationCompensation • $65,000–$85,000 DOE If you’ve been the paralegal who handles final discovery review, catches what others miss, and sets the quality bar, we want to talk.Apply by emailing your resume to [email protected] Subject line:Senior Discovery QA Paralegal – [Your Name] Apply tot his job
