To learn more about Kensington, visit kensingtontours.com Senior Director, Website & Digital Platforms About the Role We’re looking for an experienced and versatile Senior Director, Website & Digital Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and optimization of our high-traffic web properties and broader marketing technology ecosystem. This is a hands-on leadership role guiding a team of developers, UI/UX experts, and analysts to deliver measurable business outcomes that drive growth, customer engagement, and operational efficiency. You’ll combine technical depth, project delivery expertise, and business acumen to transform our website into a high-performance lead generator — shifting from paid acquisition to strong organic growth. What You’ll Do Lead, mentor, and grow a team of developers and UI/UX experts, fostering a culture of accountability, problem-solving, and collaboration. Drive measurable business outcomes through data-informed decisions, A/B testing, thoughtful experimentation, and continuous iteration — not innovation for innovation’s sake. Bridge technical execution with business impact, clearly articulating trade-offs, risks, and key learnings. Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale digital initiatives ($500K+), partnering with analytics, SEM, UX, engineering, and marketing teams. Oversee development lifecycle standards, ensuring scalable, secure, and maintainable code. Manage vendor relationships and integrations, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with internal standards. Optimize platforms for performance, SEO, accessibility, personalization, and lead conversion. What You Bring 7+ years of web/mobile development experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role managing cross-functional teams. Proven track record delivering enterprise-scale projects with measurable results. Expertise in modern web technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Python frameworks, Angular, APIs) and familiarity with legacy and mobile cross-platform tools. Experience with CMS (e.g., Contentful, Cloudinary) and MarTech (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Tag Manager). Strong understanding of SEO, performance optimization, and digital marketing integration. Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence. Preferred: Experience with React Native/Xamarin, privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and eCommerce platforms.
