Senior Director, Real Estate Development

As the Senior Director of Real Estate Development, you will have the pivotal role in setting the strategy and driving the execution of Sollis Health’s real estate strategy and expansion, in alignment with our business priorities and company culture. You will be responsible for driving strategic expansion decisions for a highly complex, innovative business. You will manage external vendors, a small internal team, and key stakeholders in the senior leadership team.

Remote in the US or Hybrid in NYC, CA and FL Depending on Where Employee is Located

Responsibilities:
• Responsible for all expansion of Sollis’ physical centers in new and existing regions
• Ensure development of new sites is thoughtfully managed to meet budget and timeline expectations.
• Develop standardized floor plans and materials that help drive brand consistency and cost savings
• Own all areas of development lifecycle to include: real estate site selection, lease negotiation, permitting, design and construction, and openings,
• Own development and management of Sollis’ cross-functional expansion playbook.
• Building and maintaining a real estate project roadmap for new and current Sollis Health locations.
• Partnering with key stakeholders on the Medical, Operations, People & Culture and Commercial teams on the opening of each location to ensure each achieves their milestones as planned.
• Own project management of new centers to keep track of project milestones including but not limited to, feasibility, mobilization, pre-construction/design, bid negotiation, construction and pre and post-opening.
• Engaging with and overseeing external partners and vendors to move from concepts to executable plans.
• Travel to locations nationwide as required to vet new locations and inspect current facilities for any enhancements needed.
• Design and implement an effective facility-management process that scales with the business
• Performs related duties as required

Experience

We believe extraordinary people come from a variety of backgrounds, but ideally we would expect that you have:
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Real Estate required.
• 8+ years of experience in Real Estate Development.
• Multi-site medical practice rollout is required.
• 5+ years in a leadership role required.
• Healthcare real estate experience is strongly preferred.
• Managing nationwide or worldwide real estate development is a strong plus.
• Ability to work across multiple projects in different regional locations.
• Travel required as requested

Comp & Benefits:

Range: $160,000 - $210,000 per year

This is the anticipated rate/range Sollis Health reasonably expects to pay candidates for this position in the United States. Sollis Health is a multi-state employer and this rate/range may not reflect the pay for positions that are performed solely in localities outside of this location. Actual pay is dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, location, education, etc.
