We are searching for a visionary Senior Director of Ads UX to reimagine the future of Ads Manager and ads formats with a deep commitment to advertisers’ success and user-centric design. As Senior Director of Ads UX, you will lead a team of designers to deliver innovative solutions that shape the advertising landscape. You will be at the forefront of innovation, crafting experiences that combine the power of automation and simplicity with the creativity that drives businesses forward. You will champion experiences that are not only efficient and scalable but also delightful for users across the globe.
Responsibilities:

Define the Vision: Craft and articulate a bold, inspiring vision for the next evolution of Ads UX, leveraging automation to simplify complex workflows while enhancing outcomes.
Lead Transformation: Drive innovation to reimagine Ads Manager as a seamless, modern, and intuitive full-funnel platform that blends automation with creativity and control.
Inspire Excellence: Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing UX team. Empower them to deliver world-class solutions that set new standards in the advertising industry.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner closely with Product, Engineering, UX Research and other key stakeholders to bring user-centered, data-driven designs to life.
Collaborate Cross-Org: Bridge the Ads and Consumer organizations to ensure that high-performing ad formats not only drive business outcomes but also deliver a delightful end-user experience.
Champion the User: Advocate for our customers, ensuring that Ads UX solutions prioritize ease of use, clarity and measurable value.
Drive Impact: Translate business needs and technical capabilities into forward-thinking designs that enable businesses of all sizes to thrive.

Qualitifications

Proven experience leading UX design teams, working on advanced advertising products with high sophistication and automation.
A track record of delivering transformative, user-centered solutions that balance automation with user trust and control.
A history of creating delightful, innovative ad formats
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire teams and influence across the organization.
Ability to balance strategic vision with execution to deliver exceptional results.
A growth mindset, adaptability, and an enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges with curiosity and creativity.

In addition to base salary, this job is eligible to receive equity in the form of restricted stock units, and depending on the position offered, it may also be eligible to receive a commission.
