What You'll Do • Direct and oversee sales and revenue operations to maximize efficiency, profitability, and market share. • Develop and execute strategic growth plans, aligning multiple departments to meet and exceed revenue goals. • Establish data-driven frameworks to measure market conditions, forecast demand, and identify operational improvements. • Identify new revenue streams and design innovative pricing and promotional strategies. • Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to optimize revenue generation processes and remove barriers to growth. • Monitor industry trends, study competition, and adapt strategies to maintain a competitive edge. • Oversee departmental budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial targets are met. • Build and lead a high-performing revenue management team, implementing succession planning for key roles. • Drive adoption of Trade Promotion Optimization (TPO) and Trade Promotion Management (TPM) systems to enhance trade efficiency and performance. • What You'll Bring • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA preferred. • Experience: 7-10 years of proven leadership in revenue growth management, strategic planning, and cross-functional alignment. • Demonstrated expertise in analytics, pricing strategy, trade optimization, and market research. • History of successfully standing up Revenue Growth Management (RGM) functions and embedding analytics into pricing, promotion, and trade strategies. • Strong leadership skills with a track record of fostering collaboration and driving organizational performance. • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and project management abilities. • Preferred certifications: CPA, CFA, Project Management Certification.
