The role will drive end-to-end execution of funding transactions, manage key external relationships, and support capital markets strategy, reporting, and executive/board communications.Duties and responsibilitiesDrive efficiencies and automation throughout the treasury department leveraging AI, data, and technologyLead the structuring and execution of securitization, warehouse facility, and new financing transactionsReview, understand, and negotiate legal documents for all credit agreementsResearch capital markets transactions and performance from similar competitorsManage relationships with commercial bankers, institutional investors, rating agencies, custodians, and back-up servicersOversee and ensure the accuracy of lender, investor, and SEC reporting, as applicable to fundingManage covenant compliance for all debt agreementsBuild and maintain liquidity, borrowing base, and funding capacity analysis to support growth and capital planningOwn interest expense budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis, and lead initiatives to lower cost of fundsPrepare executive-level materials for board meetings, investor presentations, and insightful management reportingPartner cross-functionally with Finance, Accounting, Credit Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Servicing teamsWork with internal parties to understand policies and processes and their impact on funding the businessManage a team of analysts and specialists and train them for high performanceAssist with asset liability management through hedging programs and analyticsEducation and QualificationsBachelorâs degree in business, finance, or economics10+ years relevant work experience and 2+ years managerial experienceSecuritization, capital markets, and monthly servicer reporting experience are requiredStrong AI, modeling, and Microsoft Excel skillsCritical CompetenciesExtremely motivated, self-driven personality is a mustStrong presentation and communication skills with executive presence Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail and high concern for data accuracyProven leadership capabilitiesHigh level of integritySense of urgencyWhy Join UsHigh-impact role with work that directly impacts the bottom lineDaily interaction with executive leadership and key business decisionsOpportunity to shape funding strategy and expand capital markets capacityCollaborative, fast-paced environment with meaningful growth runwayThe compensation for this position varies by experience and location.
