Duration: 12 months with the possibility of extension/conversion
Pay Rate: $100-$110/hr on W2, 40 hrs/Week
Required
ā¢ Would expect leadership experience to build across other teams
ā¢ Need experience with AI tooling and how to implement the requirements above
ā¢ Case studies with transferable skills in the resume will be nice; a case study will be required in the 2 nd round interview
ā¢ Content strategy leader, NOT content marketer level
ā¢ Requires an understanding of AI and AI tooling
ā¢ Someone who can develop resources (ethical guidelines, onboarding documentation, educate/train/evangelize around the tool, implement tracking and improvement strategies, work with builders of the tool, work collaboratively with those the tool integrates with or supports)

In this role, you will lead our internal AI content strategy initiatives, developing robust frameworks and tools that transform how we create and manage content. You'll establish AI usage guidelines and best practices, build comprehensive prompt libraries, collaborate with development teams on tool capabilities, work cross-functionally to enhance AI systems, implement quality tracking mechanisms, and ultimately shape the future of Clients AI-powered content practices.
Preferred Experience & Qualifications
ā¢ 10+ years of content strategy, management, and UX writing experience
ā¢ Leadership roles in building and managing AI tools for content teams, including developing usage guidelines, principles, and best practices
ā¢ Strong and demonstrated background in content management in an Agile delivery model and a track record of shipping high impact outcomes in a fast-moving and changing environment
ā¢ Experience creating and managing prompt libraries and establishing AI quality tracking systems
ā¢ Demonstrated working knowledge of or practice in Figma
ā¢ Successful track record of creative problem-solving across cross-functional partners to drive best-in-class thinking from all parts of the organization while leading all phases of the content workstreams
ā¢ Demonstrated experience contributing to AI governance frameworks and best practices with an openness to partner and collaborate with
