Homebase Medical is backed by SCAN, a not-for-profit organization with a 45-year history of supporting and improving the health and independence of older adults. We offer a comprehensive array of medical and chronic care services, enabling access to quality wrap-around services for homebound older adults with complex health needs. Key Responsibilities:


Develop and execute the IT strategy, aligning with the organization's vision and goals, and ensuring compliance with governmental agencies and company policies.
Lead IT Services Management, IT SAAS Vendor Management, Project Management, Governance, Software Development, and Portfolio planning efforts, promoting IT software and services through tactical budgets and plans.
Provide hands-on technical support and administration of systems, including ITSM and Microsoft 365, and act as an escalation point for complex technical issues.
Collaborate with executive leadership to implement new solutions, drive business growth, and ensure seamless operations, while maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Supervise and manage a team of 5-10 IT professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, excellence, and continuous learning, and ensuring that all IT Development teams follow identified development standards.


Requirements and Qualifications:


Bachelor's Degree in Management of Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related business field (Graduate level degree preferred).
5+ years of direct experience in managing IT development teams, with a successful track record of delivering large-scale integrated projects and a diverse portfolio of custom and packaged applications.
7+ years of IT experience, including development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale integrated projects, with a minimum of 2 years of systems experience in a managed care/healthcare setting.
Demonstrated capability of strategic thinking and planning, strong analytical and management skills, and excellent written and oral communication skills.
Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ITIL and experience managing an ITSM platform, with the ability to assist with administration and escalation of technical issues within Microsoft 365 and related systems.


What We Offer:


Competitive salary range: $125,400 to $200,600 per year.
