About the Role We're seeking an exceptional Senior Director II, Sales to lead our Amazon & Pure Play business. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving profitable growth, strategic business planning, and fostering strong partnerships across Amazon's platform. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of six direct reports and spearhead a large, cross-functional group. Key Responsibilities Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of six direct reports across sales, account management, and strategy. Oversee and align efforts of a broader cross-functional team, including marketing, supply chain, finance, and product/pack/price. Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies for Amazon to meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals. Identify growth opportunities, leveraging insights from data analytics and market trends. Account Management: Serve as the primary senior executive contact for Amazon, driving joint business planning and ensuring alignment on mutual goals. Lead complex negotiations with Amazon on pricing, promotions, and partnership agreements. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Foster collaboration across teams to optimize supply chain operations, inventory management, and fulfillment performance. Performance Management and Reporting: Analyze sales performance and key metrics to track progress against goals, identifying areas for improvement. Regularly report on performance to executive leadership, offering actionable insights and recommendations. What We Offer As a Senior Director II, Sales at Workwarp, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including: Salary: $181,000 - $213,000 per year Annual Incentive: 50% of base salary, dependent on performance Long-term Incentive: 20% of base salary, dependent on performance Benefits: A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the position Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: Experience: 11+ years of sales leadership experience, with a focus on e-commerce or consumer goods Amazon Expertise: Strong expertise in Amazon's ecosystem, including Vendor Central, Seller Central, and Amazon Ads, Digital Shelf Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage both direct and cross-functional teams in a complex organizational structure Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields; MBA preferred Preferred Qualifications: Learning Agility: Quick, curious, and ongoing learner who can keep up with the dynamic pace of the pure-play ecosystem Negotiation and Relationship Management: Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving capabilities and a results-driven mindset Communication: Excellent communication and presentation abilities Our Culture and Values At Workwarp, we're committed to creating an inclusive culture that reflects our company purpose: to refresh the world and make a difference.
