At arenaflex, we collaborate to empower everyone to share their voice, explore what they love, and connect with each other while having fun. **Job Responsibilities:** As the Senior Director, Global Head, Adversarial Abuse/Analytics, you will be responsible for: * Leading the Adversarial Abuse group in identifying and eliminating malicious actors, including account takeovers, spam, commitment misuse, and evading end, among others. * Overseeing the Business Investigation group in producing insights, estimating uncaught badnesses, and distributing Transparency Reports for nations worldwide. * Understanding, anticipating, and insightfully mitigating risks from new, scaling industry patterns, such as generative artificial intelligence. * Collaborating with the Strategy Development team to create approaches using account, social, and content signals to describe harmful behavior. * Delivering powerful and productive operational execution (e.g., quality, service levels) in a global team working 24x7. * Attracting, retaining, developing, and fostering exceptional talent. * Managing accelerations with quick turnaround times required to circle back, provide data-driven insights, and implement solutions while creating associations with key cross-functional partners to launch new products and approaches that effectively prevent adversarial abuse. **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., computer science, engineering, mathematics). * Four-year certification or equivalent experience. * Two years of experience working with risk management, fraud fighting at scale, and building/conveying analytical experiences. * Two years of experience working with design teams that form data foundation and ML models. * Two years of experience driving teams with the ability to work non-standard workweeks as accelerations require. * Preferred qualifications: + Postgraduate education in a related field (e.g., research, design, data science). + Two years of experience with investigation of large datasets and anomaly detection. + Experience or demonstrated interest in anti-abuse activities. + Knowledge of SQL/R/Matlab. + Exceptional influencing and leadership skills and the ability to build relationships with cross-functional partners. + Outstanding business judgment, critical and analytical skills, including using data to drive strategy and business action with the ability to work in a rapidly changing industry and manage ambiguity while minimizing uncertainty through quantitative insights. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $24/hour. * Opportunity to work from home. * Collaborative and dynamic work environment. * Career growth opportunities and learning benefits. * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off. * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance. * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools. * Collaborative and supportive team environment. **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced professional with a passion for data-driven decision making, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to creating a safer online environment, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
