We are now seeking a highly experienced and skilledSenior Director, Customer Marketing and Stewardship to and lead the development and execution of our customer marketing and stewardship strategies.Job SummaryTheSenior Director, Customer Marketing and Stewardship will serve as the central point of ownership for Ahold Delhaize Shopper Marketing for five divisions of Ahold Delhaize USA (ADUSA), including Giant Food, Giant/Martins, Stop & Shop, Hannaford, and Food Lion for DSD (direct store delivery store) and Warehouse. This role will integrate shopper strategies from the ADUSA blueprint with arenaflex brand priorities to strategically plan and build digital programming to support omni-channel execution that delivers system performance.The successful candidate will also serve as the Project Leader for strategic projects led by the Frontline Marketing (FLM) organization and coordinate across FLM Shopper Marketing where a unified voice is required across channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute customer marketing and stewardship strategies to drive business growth and increase brand loyalty Integrate shopper strategies from the ADUSA blueprint with arenaflex brand priorities to deliver system performance Lead the development of digital programming to support omni-channel execution, including Retail Media planning and execution and collaborative partnership programs with key CPG partners Serve as the Project Leader for strategic projects led by the Frontline Marketing (FLM) organization and coordinate across FLM Shopper Marketing Lead the narrative of how NAOU is building loved brands sustainably within retail channels and key bottler territories Create quarterly stewardship templates to be used with National Retail Sales teams and key Franchise partners to tell the holistic narrative of how NAOU is building Loved Brands Produce summary content and steward team performance and updates for retail, marketing, and franchise performance routines Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in marketing, brand management, and shopper marketing, as well as excellent analytical and leadership skills.The ideal candidate will have: A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field, with a Master's Degree preferred A minimum of 12 years of experience in marketing, brand management, shopper marketing, and/or commerce Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and strategy development Experience in Brand Management, including building and maintaining strong brand health Category Management experience, including managing product categories for optimal sales Omnichannel Business Planning and Retail Media Network experience, including performance optimization and negotiation Financial, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and P&L acumen A General Management Mindset and the ability to influence without authority Essential Skills and CompetenciesThe successful candidate will have a range of skills and competencies, including: Brand Architecture and Brand Management Brand Positioning and Brand Strategy Channel Management and Collaborating for Value Competitive Assessments and Consumer Segmentation Creative Process and Digital Media Strategy Leadership and Marketing Strategies Media Planning and Negotiation Portfolio Management and Problem Solving Quantitative Research and Storytelling Social Media Strategies and SWOT AnalysisCareer Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.As aSenior Director, Customer Marketing and Stewardship, you will have access to a range of career growth opportunities and learning benefits, including: Opportunities to develop new skills and build capabilities Access to training and development programs Coaching and mentoring from experienced leaders Opportunities to work on strategic projects and initiatives A culture that values innovation, creativity, and experimentation Work Environment and Company Culture At arenaflex, we are proud of our inclusive and diverse culture.We believe that a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace makes us a stronger and more innovative company.
